Since joining ReSource Pro in 2003, Leaf Zhang has worked in every area of the company, from managing the company’s facilities to assisting community outreach. Having served as Processing Manager for several client teams, in 2008 she became SVP of Operations and now oversees our Facility, Finance, and Acquisition Departments. Leaf enjoys exploring different cultures and cuisines.

As Executive Vice President of Global Service Delivery, Emily Yu is responsible for driving cross-departmental collaboration and leading the development of long-term strategic initiatives for ReSource Pro’s service delivery centers in China and India. Since joining ReSource Pro in 2004, she has held various leadership roles, consistently surpassing financial and operational targets for the China team while enhancing their talent pool and organizational capabilities. Prior to her tenure at ReSource Pro, she worked in administration for a prominent global retail supermarket. Outside of her professional endeavors, Emily enjoys hiking sunny trails during weekends and cooking at home on rainy days.

With a keen focus on data-driven strategies, Beth Taylor leads marketing and communications at ReSource Pro. Her role oversees various functions, including brand management, product marketing, digital initiatives, campaigns, events, and media/PR. Beth’s passion lies in developing marketing leaders who can seamlessly blend data analytics with creative flair to craft delightful customer experiences, whether digital or face-to-face. She brings with her an impressive track record of over 18 years in global B2B marketing, having earned numerous marketing awards across big tech, travel tech, consulting, and finance. In addition, she is a recognized thought leader and advocate for diversity in leadership and women in the technology field.

Beth holds degrees from Boston University, the University of Cambridge, and James Madison University. When she’s not orchestrating marketing, Beth leads an active lifestyle as a lifelong competitive soccer player. She currently resides in Northern Virginia, where she enjoys spending time with her family and their golden retriever, Lucy.

Phoenix joined ReSource Pro in 2005 and assumed the role of founder for ReSource Pro’s Operational Excellence team. With a Business Management degree and extensive experience in Lean Six Sigma, Phoenix has been committed to establishing company-wide centers of excellence focused on insurance domain, client service and operation optimization. Her main objective is to enhance operational quality, efficiency, and client experience, ultimately delivering increased value to clients. Outside of work, Phoenix enjoys reading, writing, and exploring various documentaries.

Ernie Feirer joined ReSource Pro in 2024 as Senior Vice President of the company’s Carrier Practice. His career in insurance spans over four decades, including 37 years of experience with two of the largest insurance data and analytics providers. With deep insurance industry expertise developed over various executive roles in claims, product development, and business development, Ernie oversees a strong bench of carrier-focused executives and robust solutions. The Carrier Practice team works closely with organizations actively undergoing transformation initiatives, helping clients set and exceed their growth goals.

Ernie holds a master’s in computer science and an MBA from Iona College, as well as a Certified Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation. Musical theater is also a passion for his, and he has led many community productions, including Oklahoma, West Side Story, Barnum, Godspell, 110 In The Shade, South Pacific, Guys and Dolls, and A Streetcar Named Desire.

Amy, SVP of Service Delivery & Global Resource Management, has been with ReSource Pro since 2005, evolving through diverse roles in managing client teams across Retail Brokers, MGAs, and Carriers. In her current role, she acts as the driving force behind the Service Delivery Unit, overseeing new client onboarding, account management, and strategic resource planning while consistently meeting financial and operational targets. Leading Service Delivery Directors and Managers, Amy fosters a motivated team drives transformative value. Amy holds a Finance degree and a CEIBS Management Program diploma, her strategic vision and commitment to excellence ensure ReSource Pro’s clients receive exceptional service and value. In her personal life, Amy is a passionate traveler and always on the lookout for new and exciting food experiences around the globe.

Milton joined ReSource Pro in 2018 as General Counsel, bringing over 30 years of expertise in corporate matters, particularly in outsourcing transactions. He holds two degrees in engineering from the University of Virginia, an MBA from The George Washington University, and a JD from Georgetown University. Throughout his military and civilian career, Milton has held several leadership positions. At ReSource Pro, he leads a global team of attorneys, providing strategic advice on compliance, employment, risk management, and transactions. Outside of work, Milton enjoys bicycling, swimming, and spending time with his family.
