This year marked the largest turnout for our 6th Annual Operations Boot Camp hosted in sunny Orlando, Florida.
This unique event was designed for attendees to discuss, learn and be inspired by new innovations within the industry, and celebrate tried and true methods that have been helping organizations achieve operational excellence over the years.
Most importantly, we wanted to prompt good discussion—and in some cases debate—on how to prepare for the future of insurance, and have attendees return home with new ideas and inspiration as well as practical tools for operations improvement.
Over 200 people attended 24 sessions which focused on productivity, leadership, innovation and practicum. Our sessions were hosted by thought leaders as well as subject matter experts. Through a highly-curated agenda, attendees learned that there are valuable lessons that can be applied from outside the insurance world; whether that be in tech, fashion, neuroscience or frozen yogurt.
There were opportunities to recharge, mingle and relax in our interactive ReSource Lounge—highlighting the Insurance Experience Center, Talent Development and Innovation Lab, which were great places to meet other attendees or talk to subject matter experts and ask questions.
Never a dull moment—bringing out the competitiveness amplifies the fun! Our in-app game was a great way to stay engaged and earn points to win awesome prizes. (Shout-out to the attendee we saw dive in front of the stage, elbows out, to complete a task first.)
To top it all off, a private reception was held at Disney World. Our attendees were given exclusive access to enter EPCOT VIP style, with no lines, and later in the evening watch the fireworks from the perfect vantage point, with the Chinese Pavilion statuesque in the background.
